Access to and use of jillf Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained continuously throughout the life of your Account:

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent or who are subject to a court order restricting gaming activity are not eligible to use jillf.

Each User may hold only one (1) jillf Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.
When registering a jillf Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to:
jillf reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided at registration. Provision of false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of Wallet balance.
As part of jillf's compliance obligations under PAGCOR's regulatory framework and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, jillf applies a Know Your Customer process to all Accounts. KYC verification may be required at the following stages:
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by jillf may result in suspension of deposit, withdrawal, and betting functionality pending resolution.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillf Account credentials, including your username and password. jillf will never request your password through any channel including email, live chat, telephone, or SMS.
You agree to notify jillf immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your jillf Account. jillf will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
jillf strongly recommends that all Users activate two-factor authentication (2FA) through their Account Settings. While 2FA is not currently mandatory, its activation significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access. Where biometric login is available through the jillf mobile application, Users are encouraged to enable this feature.
jillf currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine users: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. jillf reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All funds deposited into your jillf Wallet must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds belongs to a person other than the registered Account Holder — are strictly prohibited. jillf reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the Account pending investigation.
Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method. jillf does not charge deposit fees for standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible, as an anti-money laundering safeguard. jillf targets a standard withdrawal processing time of one (1) to three (3) business days for verified Accounts, depending on the payment method selected.
jillf reserves the right to conduct additional verification on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, or where internal fraud prevention systems flag a transaction for review. During any such review period, the withdrawal may be temporarily held pending resolution.
Funds in your jillf Wallet represent a claim on jillf only to the extent they have been deposited by you or credited as legitimate winnings from real-money gaming activity. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. jillf reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with its then-current dormancy policy, following appropriate notification to the User's registered email address. Users may reactivate a dormant Account by contacting support and completing any required re-verification.
All bets placed through jillf are subject to jillf's official betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. Sport-specific rules and casino game rules are published in the relevant sections of the jillf platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
jillf reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet for any reason, including but not limited to: system errors, odds published in error, bets exceeding applicable maximum bet limits, bets placed after the event start time where applicable, or bets that jillf reasonably believes have been placed in breach of these Terms.
A bet is not accepted until you have received a written confirmation (bet receipt) from jillf's system. The amount deducted from your Wallet at the time of bet placement constitutes confirmation of acceptance.
In the event of a system malfunction, incorrect odds display, software error, or any technical fault that results in the incorrect calculation of a bet or game outcome, jillf reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the original stake to the User's Wallet. jillf is not liable for any losses arising from erroneous odds, incorrect game results, or platform technical failures.
jillf actively monitors betting patterns for suspicious activity, including but not limited to: match-fixing, insider information exploitation, coordinated arbitrage abuse, and systematic exploitation of pricing errors. Where jillf identifies or reasonably suspects such activity, it reserves the right to void affected bets, suspend or terminate the associated Account, and report the activity to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.
jillf offers various promotional offers to eligible Users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry periods.
Where a conflict exists between the general promotional terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail.
Bonus Funds are credited to a separate balance within your jillf Wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fulfilled. Real-money funds deposited by the User and any winnings generated solely from real-money play (not bonus funds) are not subject to wagering restrictions.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jillf platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of Wallet balance, and where applicable, reporting to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use jillf's Services for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any jillf content or software.
Any unauthorised use of jillf's intellectual property may result in Account termination and civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jillf's total liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the jillf Services shall be limited to the amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, less any amounts already withdrawn during that period.
jillf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses or damages of any kind, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial loss, arising from your use of or inability to use jillf Services.
jillf does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of its platform and shall not be liable for service interruptions arising from scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or acts of regulatory authorities.
jillf collects, processes, and stores User personal data in accordance with the jillf Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a jillf Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jillf may be required to disclose User information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities in connection with its regulatory obligations. Such disclosure does not constitute a breach of jillf's privacy obligations.

jillf reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, including in response to changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or platform operations. The effective date of any revision will be noted at the top of this document.
Where an amendment materially affects User rights or obligations, jillf will notify registered Users by email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice displayed upon next login. Continued use of jillf Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using jillf Services immediately and request Account closure by contacting support at [email protected] prior to the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
In the event of any dispute between a User and jillf arising from or in connection with these Terms or jillf Services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through jillf's internal dispute resolution process by submitting a written complaint to [email protected]. jillf will acknowledge receipt of all written complaints within five (5) business days and aims to provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms applicable to licensed online gaming operators. Any litigation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
